Theory (Part 1)
Answer factual/reasoning sub-questions and write Python snippets on data handling, metrics, linear algebra, ML theory and ML applications.
The task
Section A Foundations (30 pts): data manipulation, matrix and tensor operations, data visualisation, evaluation metrics, hyperparameter tuning and cross-validation, error diagnosis, linear algebra and vector calculus. Section B ML Theory (20 pts): feature engineering and model choices, operating points, attention in Transformers, LoRA configuration, vision system design, creative image generation. Section C ML Applications (15 pts).
