Using AI image tools, create a love-themed cover for Maria Ilieva's song 'Love' with Burgas scenery, a set palette and listed objects.
The task
This is one of two creative tasks in the practical round, where teams used existing AI tools rather than training models. The brief is a cover image for 'Love' by the Bulgarian singer Maria Ilieva.
Teams got the song audio, English lyrics, reference photos of Burgas, six colour palettes and a transparent frame showing the artist's name and the song title. The cover must centre on love, use one of the Burgas images as its background (an artistic take is fine), follow one of the palettes, and include at least 7 objects from a long list that runs from sea, violin and dice to moon, anchor and vinyl.
The finished image must be at least 1024×1024 pixels and sit inside the provided frame. Any free AI tool or free image editor was allowed, as was a provided Midjourney account, and fully non-AI work was permitted too. With the image, teams handed in lists of the AI and non-AI tools they used and a description of their prompting strategies.

The image and video tasks are weighted 40 to 60 in the practical round's final ranking.
